The company ZECHA was founded 40 years ago in the center of German precision industry and toolmaking, the city of Pforzheim.
Since the beginning, they have been manufacturing carbide tools for transformation and cutting, around 70% of production is dedicated tools according to the customer’s specification.
Zecha develops solutions for individual user problems, regardless of whether it is serial production or individual production. The common feature of all ZECHA solutions is high manufacturing precision, with tolerances below 1 μm.

The standard program, which is mostly in stock, includes cutting knives and cutting bushings for punches, both in finished and semi-finished versions.
According to the customer’s specification, the cutting parts of the transformation tools are manufactured in a monolithic version or in combination with a steel supporting part.
2. CUTTING TOOL
At ZECHA, in addition to the traditional program of carbide milling cutters, drills, saws and reamers, the most attention has recently been paid to the program of micro milling cutters for HSC and HPC milling in the tool industry.
These high precision tools with diameters from 0.2 to 6 mm are available in a wide range of geometries and using the latest hard coatings.
3. CENTERDRILL TOOLS
These tools are based on frictionless drilling process without chipping. They are intended for quick and easy drilling into material of small thickness (sheet metal), where the thread is later rolled or they serve as passages or mounting points.
ZECHA offers a complete range of tools of this type with suitable lubricants and the corresponding threading tool.
